Shipping And Returns
Usually our systems are accurate with stock counts as we update bi weekly. Order processing may take 1 to 2 days depending on weekends or holidays. Returns or exchanges are subject to manufacturer's 25%-35% restocking fee or whichever stated by manufacturer. You are responsible for shipping cost to return the item. No returns or exchanges will be issued after thirty days from the date of purchase.
Please Note: backordered items require paid in full in order to reserve a unit. Due to high demand there is no way to hold items unless paid for in full
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@Tuscanbasins.com
PLEASE NOTE: All of our Tuscan Brand Fountans and Planters have a 6 to 8 week lead time depending on time of season. All Shipping delivery times are just an estimate and shipments can arrive earlier or later than expected. Due to high season (spring,summer) please estimate a bit longer for shipments. FOUNTAINS AND POTS/PLANTERS BENCHES STATUES HAVE A 6 to 8 week lead time due to being customized and produced ala cart.
PLEASE NOTE (Again) : Some accessories may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Small parcels UPS Fedex and USPS are required to report damages within seven days of delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and or replace your item. PLEASE DO NOT sign for any freight delivery that is damaged or if you have not opened the product up and inspected carefully. If the driver does not allow you to inspect the delivery its your right to refuse it.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Orders returned, for reason other than a defective item, are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 35% of the price of your order. You (the buyer) are responsible for any return freight costs for BOTH directions (from the warehouse to you, and back to the warehouse). The purchase price minus these fees and costs will then be refunded to you when the warehouse processes your item (product must be returned within 30 days, new, unused, and in original packaging). Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Orders canceled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
